Tomorrow I am starting a new program. We just launched: 3 Week Yoga Retreat. It was created for people who have always wanted to learn yoga, but never felt comfortable in a class. This program will teach you all the basics of yoga in the comfort of your own home.
Being that yoga is a passion of mine, I decided to go back to the basics in my own practice. After moving home about 2 years ago I pretty much stopped doing yoga. I will take a class here and there but I never found something that worked for my schedule.
I am so ready to go back to the basics and work on my core, flexibility, and balance. Not only have I found yoga to be good for the body but also for the mind & spirit. It grounds me, it calms me, it forces me to just breathe.
